Had to pay to park. Tiny room for two beds. Outer wall was wet as rain water leaked onto the carpet and got our belongings wet, so couldnt use that part of room. Large mold spot on wall where paint was peeling. Bathtub also had mold on it. Just gross.

Room smelled awful like cigarettes. I called the front desk as soon as we got into the room, asked if we were accidentally assigned a smoking room - and she said there arent any smoking rooms. It had definitely been smoked in.

Shampoo/conditioner were empty; decorative handle on bathroom sink was not properly attached so it was hanging by one screw. Biggest issue - I was charged twice for the room - once through booking.com and once by the hotel. When I called to ask about the dupe charge, I was placed on an excessive hold then told that they couldnt see my reservation details because I had already checked out. Well guess what? I cant see the final charge until Ive already checked out! Still waiting for the duplicate room charge to be refunded.
