Location. They cleaned our room upon request.
Negatives:
The staff was not the most pleasant. We were on the 10th floor. Constuction started at 8:30 AM on a Sunday! Paid for parking and no Valet. SMH. terrible. Dirty N-95 masks near the ice machine. (My Fianc has a photo of it). Ice machine in the work site.

Our room was directly next to the stairwell access and elevator and it was VERY LOUD. Otherwise, the room was very nice. Breakfast was very expensive for a pretty basic buffet.

They did not have two beds in my room and I was charged extra for two beds! I was traveling with a friend! Didn’t want a king bed!!! And I don’t think the bed was a king! Do better!!!!!!!

Elevator would always slightly miss the floor and bouncing back down quickly causing me to be nauseous each time. They were fast to go up and down though. Parking is outrageous for paying high dollar for the room already. I think parking should be highly discounted by front desk for at least one car per room.
