The location was great.

The dirty bathroom, the heat going out in my pregnant daughters room, the horrible breakfast that was sent to our room, items missing from our breakfast and lack of response from an email sent to management.

Convenient to my location at Tussey Mountain Hawkwatch. Very quiet. Dark room, enabling me to get a very good night's sleep.
Negatives:
I liked that breakfast was made available to us in the room. Unfortunately (and somewhat predictably), this meant that thee breakfast options were rather sparse. For 3 travelers, we received three cups of coffee - even though two of us do not drink coffee! Three very small cups of apple juice. And a small bagel, each. Luckily we had some leftovers from the previous night's restaurant meal to supplement.
