The bed was hard, the A/C wouldn’t turn off, the pot they provided to make the horrible instant coffee they gave us had coffee in it from the previous tenant and the end tables in the bedroom were dusty.

The hotel was very stylish and inviting. The decor was very unique and fun. The staff were very warm and friendly. Loved ther layout of our suite, with very soft chairs and mattresses. Only difficulty was operating the A/C, , the sound became a bit annoying. Overall, would stay at this hotel again.

The air conditioning was out in the entire building, but we were not told this until we called to ask if someone could fix it. They said did no one tell you at check in? They hadn’t. Also the walkway from the parking garage to the hotel was closed forcing us to walk on the street late at night. The towel bars in bathroom were broken, and stains on carpet and furniture.
