Negatives: We live in RI. We booked this night away for the pool experience. When we arrived we discovered the pool was closed. We went to sleep, got up and went home. Can't really comment on anything else.

Positives: The nice polite ladies vacuuming and tending bar

Negatives: No other hotel that I have stayed in hasent an electrical vehicle charging station. I arrived l, so I could charge over night then continue to Boston at 6 -am. Unfortunately, i arrived 0 charge terrible explanation. Lost out on 3 consults, 3000k loss!!!

Positives: Great location, close to hwy I-95 access and was close to in-town and out of town travel spots.

Negatives: They have a sliding peek a boo bathroom door that people can see inside when its closed and locked. No microwave oven and no continental breakfast.

Positives: The friendliness of the staff

Negatives: On Sunday morning the hallways on our floor #4 and the 1st floor as well as the elevator were a mess. Small and medium-sized litter Debris was scattered on the floors throughout these areas.

Positives: Location is quaint right in the edge of the downtown district.

Negatives: For a hearing accessible room they have double beds even though I reserved a queen beds scenario which I had on my reservation. The front desk staff who was polite told me because the room was designated as audio impaired it got double beds. Stunning.
