People smoking pot next to our room. Loud music with the door open. We complained and nothing was done, nobody even came to check. Room was musty smelling and smelled like pot. No linens for the pull out couch, no pillows either. Only 2 towels when we had 3 people. Vents filled with dust. Stains on the carpet. Sticky cabinets. One of the worst hotels in the 4 years I’ve been traveling to RI. Staff was no help when I asked to get linens sent or pillows. Eventually we were able to walk back to the desk to pick up sheets for the pull out couch but they only gave us flat sheets only

I had 4 males try to come in my room at 2 am well my children and significant other where asleep. After I proceeded to call management at the front desk my phone wouldn’t work. Once management was reached they proceeded to give me the run around then contacted the police. After I tried to get the main managers information which was denied.
