Positives: The staff was wonderful, we were there for a surgery at MUSC. I never even thought about needing a wheelchair for my husband. I called back to the hotel and they had one! Tristan had it for us when we got back.
Negatives: The restaurant. Not a good selection to choose from and no lunch. I had Uber bring us some to eat.

Positives: Good location
Negatives: The person who checked us in originally gave us a room without a balcony which we opted for in our reservation, so we went right back to the front desk to rectify the issue and there was nobody at the desk. After waiting for roughly ten minutes and looking for someone I called the main number for the hotel and the same person who gave us the wrong room appeared from a back room and answered the phone. I explained the issue and she gave us the correct room. The only other thing that disappointed us was no shuttle to downtown Charleston. We did see one parked outside but were told that it was for the Marriott next door and one isn't offered for Hilton customers.
