The front desk did discounted the price of my room to compensate for the water issues.
Negatives:
the hot water turned off in the middle of my shower and didn't return. the water pressure was so low we couldn't flush the toilet. When I mentioned to the front desk they told me it was a city issue which I am not sure I completely trusted.
