The staff I interacted with were very polite and professional. Room was a decent size and comfortable

Bathtub drain wasn’t draining fast. So by the end of the 3 of us showering, there was 2-3” of slowly draining water
Ice machine on 4th floor not working, the one on the 3rd floor wasn’t working and was leaking all over, the one on the 2nd floor was in pieces. Gave up at this point on getting ice….
Main elevator was down which I understand that it may take time for parts, secondary elevator was at back of property. Which was fine for me and my kids to walk but if it was someone like my parents (one needing a walker, the other a cane), they would have had a lot of trouble getting to any room that wasn’t on the first floor

Positives:
The staff were courteous, and the facility was generally clean. Parking was easily accessible near an entrance. The outer doors to the facility appeared secure.
Negatives:
We were directed to the rear entrance, which smelled heavily of marijuana smoke. Apparently, this was the only entrance near a working elevator. All of the other elevators in the building were out of order. Our room ended up being on the complete opposite side of the hotel, requiring a considerable amount of walking. The door to our room would not close without considerable force, and we noticed that the peek hole in the foor was stuffed with aluminum foil. None of the ice makers on the 4th, 3rd, nor 2nd floor worked at all. The eggs on the breakfast buffet were rubbery and inedible.

Our tub was filthy and stained with I am not sure what, but I took pictures of it. We were not about to shower in it. So we had to go to the airport for a full day of flying with no showers.
