The person at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet. I liked that coffee was available in the lobby. The workout facility was very nice and had a number of options. I liked that there was a bar.
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn’t the best. We only tried it once. Some of the food wasn’t resupplied and there were times there wasn’t coffee or creamer.

The location was convienient to the Graceland Cemetery.
Negatives:
Our reservation was questioned, our payment was not located, we were rudely denied access to the breakfast included, we had to work with the front desk before the breakfast host would even allow my 85-year-old mother to sit in the area, we met the same resistance on the second morning as well. In the end, my mother missed the military ceremony for her last sibling.
