When I initially called the hotel and asked what there shuttle hours were, I wasn't told they would Uber us for free if it's after shuttle hours. Since both our departure and arrival were after shuttle hours, I almost passed up this great hotel.

Staff goes the long mile. Arrived in last flight at midnigth and called front desk for shuttle. It had stopped running but they got me an uber on them. Cheerful staff all the time.
I always choose holiday inn express because they are clean, comfortable and convenient. Good value for money.

Please do not play "Walking Dead" on the TV in the main lobby! My kids are not allowed to watch that kind of program so to have it on during breakfast was unpleasant.

Cleanliness was horrible. I woke up at 1:30 am to a cockroach above my bed, on the ceiling. They gave me a different hotel room, 4 rooms away from the cockroach. Carpet stained, food on floor, from lord knows when.
