Negatives: cockroaches and itchy sheets

Negatives: Found ants in the room. Didn't shower because of the condition of the bathroom. I won't go back.

Negatives: The first room they put me in wasn’t clean had to move. Room had severe water damage. Tub didn’t drain and they didn’t fix it pool was said to be open but wasn’t

Negatives: It wasn't cleaned no towels had hair in the bath tub went to take a bath more hair came floating up so I had to let the water out stuff was rude it's sad I could of paid at another hotel jus like days inn from my other experiences and that's what's the first that I had a really bad stay

Negatives: Rooms are really outdated

Negatives: The beds were fulls and they only gave us 2 towels for 4 people and had no extras available

Negatives: Got there & no shower curtain or extension cord to plug uo tv, people smoking when is a nonsmoking facility & could smell it through bathroom vent, no ice machine on 3rd floor, elevator smelled of urine

Negatives: EVERYTHING

Negatives: The bed in our room was hard and uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not work. There was not a hair dryer in the room. The lighting would flicker. It looked as if the room was thrown together with the throw aways from other rooms.

Negatives: This is my third stay here and I have never been more disappointed in a hotel stay as I was here. None of the ice machines worked. We were never offered housekeeping services or fresh linen. The floors were nasty. The fridge had spilled food all down the front of it, and the microwave was filthy as well. Our feet were nearly black after walking in our room barefoot for less than an hour. My biggest aggravation was that outside one of the rooms someone had left a plastic food tray, and it should have been thrown away. I watched several members of housekeeping and management simply step over it or around it instead of taking care of it. When I was walking to my room, I slipped and fell on it, injuring my knee. I took this down to the front desk to complain about this, and the man at the desk simply said "ew" and told me to put it in the office. Did not offer an apology, didn't even get off of his butt from the desk to take care of it himself, instead had me put it in the office myself. I have suggested this stay to many people before, and I will no longer do so nor will I return here.
