As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff and felt very welcomed! We loved their energy and hospitality! They were very helpful as well. We were nervous as it was our first time staying at a hotel with our dog, but everyone was extremely kind to our Louie. Our room was surprisingly very clean as well as the pool was very well kept. Which was much appreciated. We will be definitely rebooking here on our next stay!! Absolutely no complaints!

On our last night the fire alarm kept going off all night. Nobody at the front desk knew how to rectify the situation and they just kept saying “ we are working on it” being startled awake sleep was the worst feeling.
