That there was no toilet paper or a shower curtain in my room. I also didn't like people openly smoking the devils lettuce right outside my room. I don't mind people who partake, but my children and other people's children do not need to be around it. I also didn't have a remote to the TV and the phone didn't work.

Being charged pet fees for my emotional support animals, when no one is supposed to charge especially after I showed them the registration cards for them. Also, two Mexican guys stood outside our window all hour of the night while this huge ugly white girl prostitute the entire time we were there. Polynesian used to NOT allow this stuff.

Great buget motel.

We rented the penthouse and it was amazing. The balcony was huge and spacious. The staff was excellent. Loved the pool and hot tub.

I booked room online but when we got there they said that they don't rent out the locals they should have had it online if they did I didn't see it so we didn't get to stay at the motel they were so rude especially the black girl she's laughing giving us a hard time she needs to be fired she really do so they sent me my money back but we was able to get another motel down there at the beach but I paid my money online and still wasn't able to stay. Of course we were upset but the black girl constantly saying and laughing about the situation it's the black girl with a foreign accent so the head office had to call her and she said that we couldn't stay because we was locals and wasting my time that's where my license but didn't ask for the other person license and was behind me then when I said they didn't take their losses then they took that person license and barely looked at it it was a bad experience that's all I can say
