The second floor smelled like garbage and no one could do anything about it until the cleaning crew came the next day .
Elevator sounds like it's going to break down any minute. We took the stairs the rest out our stay.

Not a fan of this hotel at all. However, it is pet friendly.
Negatives:
Not only did most of the appliances/amenities (TV, mini fridge, outlets) in the room not work. I have yet to get a follow up from the manager regarding a refund or accommodations for the issues.

Room was spacious, we were comfortable. There were good accessibilities in our room (due to upgrades). Good checkout times. We were happy there was free breakfast. There was decent parking options and a pool.
Negatives:
The place smelt awful, throughout the halls and rooms. The doors weren't very secure even after deadbolting them. There was a lot of people that looked and acted suspicious. For the price I paid I think the stay/room should have been nicer given I upgraded to a "suite". Overall, slightly disappointed given I paid $150/night and it felt unsafe and dirty.
