We rented the cottage and it was not clean, before we booked I asked about daily cleaning and was informed that they cleaned. That was false. I had to purchase broom and mop to clean, had to place the trash outside daily, but it was never picked up. Had to keep calling for clean towels daily. Bathrooms are very dated, and the fans don't work

Extra fee for the dog of 60$. Totally over the top, so it was the most expensive room for one night. The price was absolutely not worth it.

Ceiling leaked badly over the bed, management did nothing about it and slept in a chair. Emailed a Mr Patel and he has never answered. I even moved the bed so it wasn’t ruined.

Single of mom 4 here so it was easier with the breakfast instead of having to pay out of pocket.

We arrived early and checked to see if, by any chance, our room was ready. This was at 1pm. We were told it was, but if we wanted to check in early, it would be $60. This is absurd. I can understand charging for a later check out, but to check in a couple of hours early... Really? I think that's just ridiculous. The bathroom is small, and the tub/shower is tiny.
