Did not find the staff to be very accommodating. Couldn't get an early check in - No "do not disturb" or "make up room" signs on the door. Had to go to the desk to get fresh towels. They provided the bare minimum.

The doorknob for my bathroom door was missing, the body wash, shampoo, conditioner attachment had come undone and was laying to the shower floor and I saw bedbugs in the bathroom. Rats are all around the exterior of this hotel. Exterminator/maintenance
