The bathroom was dirty. It needs a good, long cleaning. The toilet needs bolted down or a new seal. The toilet paper holder needs to be cleaned out. Lots of dust inside. We were put on the bottom floor, and it was very loud with the door to the outside/stairs opening and closing shut all the time. The guests were loud next door. We could hear their conversations. Breakfast needs a lot of work. The waffles are flavorless. The juice machine didn't work.

The room was hot, something was going on with the air. A staff member went in and checked it, afterwards it felt better but still not as cool as it could’ve been in the room.

I waited an hour to check in, upon arriving to our room we found that there was what appeared to be vomit on the desk and stains on the sheets. The room phone did not work to call the front desk or housekeeping and when we went downstairs to the front desk the line was still extremely long to even make a complaint so we left and called back later and was told we could not be refunded.
