Negatives:
Our microwave was not working and it never got fixed because I was told that the maintenance was not available during the weekend. On a lower scale, our toilet paper holder did not work, sending the toilet paper across the room every time we tried to use it. There was no coffee creamer or sugar for use in the room and there was no housekeeping for us because it was the weekend. These things were not emergencies, but they were annoying. We ended up eating a cold meal when we had planned otherwise because we were not aware the microwave was not functioning at all.

When checking in our room wasn’t right. They had me in a king Suite instead of a queen Suite but it took no time at all to switch us!
