The staff was amazing, professional, polite and extremely helpful.

The room I was in was disgusting. Mold everywhere, roaches, moldy food in the refrigerator, blood stains on the curtains, dirt on the sink. The shower looked like it hadnt been clean in months. I wish I didnt rush out so I could of taken pictures. But the best thing was the bullet holes in the window covered with tape.

After money was paid. All the changes came to play that was told before hand. Especially the non working TV. Non working microwave ,holes in bathroom walls. The man was very agrumentive.

I can said call me and my family drove 14 miles and the rain I call the hotel at 8pm and tell him we was running late and he said ok so when we got to hotel at 1:05am he told me he just gave the room away and my husband has to find another room
