The hotel staff was not friendly nor hospital at the main desk the rooms were neat and tidy but nobody knows how to clean in the corners and the bathroom floors were covered with paint and very dirty and the walls had holes stuffed with toilet paper!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Always friendly. The housekeeping had a great process to gently knock each morning to ask if anything was needed for the day. Provided a nice encounter and afforded efficiency for them and me.

These were minor, but smoking was allowed outside the rooms and the ventilation brought the odor into my room. It was fleeting. Possible have designated smoking areas away from non smoking rooms.

The hotel didnt have any water. The room smelled like a party room. The cleaning lady was really rude. The room had so many roaches and I have pictures!

This hotel was extremely old, shabby, my room hadn't been cleaned in months, torn mattress, bedbugs, nasty bathroom, dirty and broken coffee pot, fridge was completely iced over, dead bugs, no iron, couldn't checkout properly as staff seemed "impaired".

Price. But you get what you pay for.
Negatives:
Not much to like. You get what you pay for is all I can say. The place is beyond rundown. The area is sketchy. And the cleanliness is horrible. That place needs to be shutdown. And the breakfast was just cereal. No fruit, yogurt, or even danish.
