I had to wait to check in room it was being clean but I didn't get any washcloths and ice machine was broken. And the sheet on bed was wrinkled and dingy

I have pictures of a roach on the bathroom countertop. There was a blood like stain on the bed sheet. I was told my incidental deposit would take up to 10 days to be refunded. Thats too long.

Our room was not very clean. I had to ask for our comforters to be washed because there was make up and crusty stuff on them. I was there for 3 nights. Each morning I would see the doors wide open to the rooms they were cleaning and all comforters were set on the chair and reused. They did change the sheets. Not sure about pillow cases. There was dust on the pipes under the sink in the bathroom. Bathroom door didn't open all the way because of the shower curtain. And when we moved the bed closer to the wall for my girls, there was sticky stuff like spilled soda all over. I will say we were in room 219. The smell of weed was every where. We had to block the door with a blanket. The breakfast was limited. 3 bagels. 3 pieces of toast. I was down there on a Saturday at 7am. There looked to be repairs being done to the sewage system and thats all you can smell. You do get what you pay for. Made a mistake and will never be back. And I will say, I was not born with a silver spoon. I have been to many low quality places. I'm just thankful there were no bed bugs.

They advertise breakfast but there is never breakfast.
