The noise was unexcepable. Yelling, screaming, slamming doors, etc...There was absolutely no enforcement of quiet hours. I had to yell at an adult group to be quiet in the halls at 1230a. This hotel was just an adult party house. It was horrible. Definitely not for families with young kids or for those who need sleep.

heater did not work. we did not tell the desk, it was late. told them upon leaving in the morning. so can't blame the staff

Room was nice, clean with everything working including the air. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was good. Worked to accommodate us helped look at allergies on breakfast items. They kept their patience with that. Overall, Ill be back!

Only improvement to make allergies more clear so staff can speak to it. They referenced the bag on some items but some items such as the bread didnt have any nutritional info. Not sure if it is on the box instead. Its a kids hotel and kids have allergie

Everything was better than expected. I only gave a 9 for the room as the closet doors were off track and there was peeling paint on ceiling in bathroom. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of options. Pool area was great. We will be back.
