Good location, a little tricky to get to, but could see the building from a distance. In the a.m. we didn't have hot water, so couldn't shower - was true for entire building - so they gave us half off, we were very happy. It was obviously an unusual situation.

Hotel room was very clean and tidy. The facilities were nice and good for my one night stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were ever to travel back to Chattanooga.
Negatives:
I was required to pay $8 per person for breakfast, but when we got there, there was nothing but cereal and coffee to go. I thought it was going to be better than that considering I already paid for something.

The large handicap room was amazing, the beds very cozy and shower very nice! Unfortunately, that's about all I can say, we just showered, slept and left. But, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Very nice and modern hotel. Bedding was excellent and very comfortable. Felt safe and secure in hotel. Nice restaurants very close and could walk.
Negatives:
Was charged more than quoted and was told I would receive a credit so we shall see. Parking could potentially be a problem because of restaurants being so close and using same space. I had no problem.
