Horrible staff, away getting pizza at normal check in time, refused my room if I would not pay an additional 85 dollar cash deposit, I offered to allow a hold on credit card on like all hotels against charges, they refused, this is illegal

Nothing the place was very dirty dirty towels was using my room on the floor when I checked in if I wasn’t so tired, I would’ve never stayed for an hour. I checked in in an hour and checked out within an hour.

Dirty. When I got to room there were no pillows and staff didn't get any. When I returned to the room the door was open and seemed like someone was inside smoking. Terrible.

We did not stay after we had been there briefly. There were multiple men sitting outside at the front door smoking. The elevator did not work. Finally took us to the 2nd floor but couldn’t get us to the 3rd. The work around was to change us to the 1st floor because I can’t do stairs. When we went into the room, the curtain was partially unhung from the rod, the bathroom just didn’t look clean but the final was the roach that just sat there looking at me. It was completely awful.
