First room was not clean, underwear on the floor. Front desk clerk was really nice. Moved us to another room (the same) Smell was horrible in both, we bought air freshener. Beds were hard as all get out! Never will I ever stay at another Hampton anywhere.

Our backs didn't fare well against the mattress. But to be fair, our backs are used to a Tempur-Pedic.

The staff was helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The overall facility was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate and pleasant atmosphere. We did not use or inspect the pool area.

The hotel experience overall was above average and pleasant. The printer was not working during checkout.

Items missing in room: ice bucket, teaspoon or coffee stirrer. Need a Quality Inspection by Staff before renting a room. You dont get what you expect, you get what you Inspect!
