Positives:
Proximity to my job.
I really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean. The best part was the kitchenette.. enjoyed being able to have a place for groceries, being able to cook , and even clean up after myself made for a home away from home feeling.
Negatives:
I didn't like that I could hear every noise outside. Birds, people talking, walking by, and the trucks.. there was a gap around the door which you'll see in the pic.
It was only a minor blemish overall.
