The door men would sit and talk to each other, never acknowledge patrons walking in. However, one gentleman did offer a hotel umbrella one day. The front desk personals were not the friendliest, snippy attitudes when asking questions. Bathroom shower was not clean, a lot of visible hair in the drain, hairdryer didn't work so i contacted the front desk and it took 40 minutes to get a new one. The only working elevator took an average of 8 minutes which chews up a lot of time.

Great location, clean rooms, very cool lobby area and bar
Negatives:
AC had to be turned on 60 and fan on high to be able to tolerate the room. It was only 68 degrees outside as well. I booked two rooms, was told over the phone what time I could check in. When I got there one room was ready one wasnt.
Staff were certainly not pleasant. I wont say they were rude but they certainly didnt go out of their way to help with the issues I had.
