We were tired when we got there. I had booked 2 rooms for one night. One had no issues. When we got into our room not enough towels for four guests. Not enough pillows. So I called and they were brought up immediately. My granddaughter offered to go down & fill up the ice bucket, but the bucket was too large for the plastic bag insert. So no ice. The lock on the bathroom door didn’t lock. My teenage granddaughter complained. The coffee maker was broken. The corners of the room hadn’t been vacuumed. When my 12 year old grandson went to make the sofa bed he found a small unopened liquor bottle. I could have kept calling the front desk put didn’t want to spend the whole evening in my room when checking out the next morning.

The staff was nice upon arrival and thru out the stay.
Negatives:
The pictures looked better then the property itself. The property was not as good as expected. The breakfast table in the lobby area was broken and wabbled the whole time while eating. The chairs were too low for the table when eating. The furniture looked really worn and the carpet looked dirty. The services in the room did not properly cleaned.

Positives:
This property will put extra reservations on your creditcard, up to 4 times our total costs, then not release them. They will also refuse any attempt and contact and we are STILL waiting for them to release the funds??? Its been more than a month.
0 contact from their side despite our 10+ attempts at contact. Shameful stay, would never recommend.

Housekeeping wasn’t up to par as well as they could have been. They checked our room on the last day of our stay only.

breakfast great, servers friendly and service prompt {keeping coffee pots full,hot products refilled and tables cleaned when clients left dirty). Had a small bar to get a adult beverage, was nice if you didn't"t feel like finding somewhere to go and relax.The room was great and clean on arrival, and let us in early to our room. I will return.

The pool isn’t open which isn’t stated on the website. The fire alarm went off Sunday morning and was very very loud as in hearing damage. It stayed on for at least 30 minutes and it was DEAFENING!!! Then when we had to rush to leave with no breakfast and no shower etc I asked to speak to the manager who was not there but then magically appeared when I insisted to speak with a manager then when I asked for compensation they Ronal Patel lied and said he would have to speak to his manager who conveniently wasn’t there. (Shocking). So we were forced to leave that like being lied to no sleep hearing damage no pool to enjoy no breakfast etc etc but mostly its being lied to and made to feel this hotel DOES NOT CARE about their guests.
