Ants were all over my clothes and kids clothes. There was ants everywhere including the bed. I was very dissatisfied with how it was handled. The attendant was very rude. We accepted the late check out but there was no credit to my account. I've had some good experiences with laquinta but this stay was very uncomfortable.

The carpeting was very stained and dirty the fire alarm in our room was beeping and I reported it twice and it was never checked. I was charged an additional $32 and I do not know what that charge was for.

The sink was plugged, the heat/air unit was out and I was told there was nobody to look at it and the hotel was full so they could not switch rooms. I was hot all night and the noise from the highway and airport woke me several times. There was a section of carpet missing under the sink where it looked like paint had been spilled.
