Negatives: The room was dirty, both beds were broken, I had fleas jumping on me from the bed, when I pulled back the covers there was blood streaks on the sheets, I found fake fingernails on the floor of the room and bathroom, the towels had hair in them and smelled horrible. When we left we watched one of the house keepers picking up blankets off the floor and remaking the beds, they clearly do not wash them at all. This place was a roach motel at best and I am absolutely shocked at how disgusting it was. When I checked in the person at the front desk was on the phone arguing with customers and being so rude to them, then it just all went downhill from there. By 8am housekeeping had knocked on our door 3 times, luckily we were ready to get out of there as fast as we could while praying we didn’t catch scabies or lice.

Negatives: The tub was dirty. We couldn't take a bath. The room had a stench. As soon as we walked out water would drip from one of the cracks right onto our heads. Outside of it was filthy. Thw price could go down. This was not a $131 room for 1 night.

Negatives: Everything all pictures were old pics as rooms were dirty and awful ,no hot water to shower of bathe in .

Negatives: None of the outlets worked so I couldn’t charge my phone or watch. Luckily, I had a power bank with me. The tv didn’t work. The walls had yellow gunk all over them. There were stains on the sheets. Terrible experience for $200

Negatives: It took the manager to come up to turn the tub water on for almost 5 minutes until hot water came on. The sink tap ran hot water only after the tub water turn warm. The phone and tv do not work. Tub is stained, water faucet misses on screw; sheets are stained too. There is a dead swim pool full of dirty water, health hazard

Negatives: You can tell it’s an older place due for an update. It was a little loud but that’s Nashville on a Friday night, not the property’s fault.

Negatives: Cleanliness

Negatives: There is a noise in the street the whole night

Negatives: We were first given a room that had been slept in and not cleaned with no light switches.

Negatives: The cleanliness of the property was horrible. I opened the couch bed, crumbs stuck to it. Needed a sheet, and pillow cases, blanket. No pillow cases, or blanket available. Refrigerator was not working, was told to turn up the thermostat. Remote in living room didn't work, no batteries. Which happens. Went to get more, given wrong size, went down a second time, got correct size. The remote didn't work. I finally took the remote down to the man at the desk. He then says oh that doesn't even go in there. Then gave me the correct remote. I was by the ice machine and anytime we walked out to leave the carpet was completely soaking wet. They let the ice machine just drain all over the floor. The sink and bathtub did not drain, and the room was just nasty. I went to the front office the morning of the second day and gave the girl at the desk the list of complaints. She did not care at all. Never once did anyone apologize for anything. A simple sorry goes along way. I feel sorry for anyone who stays here.
