Positives: Absolutely nothing. But the front desk girl was nice.
Negatives: It smells like a dead body is hidden somewhere there. They told me they can’t find the source of the smell. She canceled my room for me without any problems which was nice. She kind of acted like this happens often and was fine to cancel it even though it wasn’t supposed to be able to be canceled. It definitely do not look like the pictures

Positives: I liked nothing about your hotel. The breakfast was subpar and you are infested with bedbugs.
Negatives: Where do I start! I've stayed in some low-graded hotels before, but this takes the cake! I had reserved a 2 night stay in April 2024. The first room I had 245, was dirty with coffee stains on the tables, sink, tub, and shower area look as if it wasn't clean in a week. There was mold around the sink. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed a red sores on my ears, left knuckle, and neck. I soon realized that I was bitten by bedbugs. I went to the front desk with my sister and shown the ladies my injuries, they apologized and gave me a new room. My new room was, room 134. was the same as the first. The next morning when I woke up, I was covered in bedbug bites. I immediately packed my things as fast as I could and went to the lobby to speak to the manager. There was only a front desk clerk. I told him about the bug issue and showed me all of my bites. He did apologize, took notes and my info. After I left, I went straight hospital by my house, which is a 7 1/2 hour drive. I went to the hospital due to the bites being infected to do a allergic reaction I had from them. I never had bedbugs, so I wasn't aware of allergy to them. I also had to wash all of my clothes in hot water and dry them. I don't dry my clothes so some shunk. I had to get rid of my luggage, disinfect and spray my car, house, bed, with bedbug spray for a safety precaution. I did get in contact with Wyndham Corp and the manager of the hotel Danny Patel via email. After sending my pictures of my injuries and asking for compensation, there was some back and forth on the compensation, but both Mr Patel and myself agreed to refund my 2 night stay. I didn't hear from Mr Patel for a couple of days and sent in a follow up email. Mr Patel informed me that since I went through a 3rd party (booking.com) he could not refund my money and I would have to talk to them. Please see for yourself the health risk you are taking by staying at Mr. Patel's hotel.

Positives: There wasn’t much to like other than the fact that I had a roof over my head.
Negatives: The pool was non existent. It was closed because the water looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The roof was dirty. Online it said they had a guest laundry. There was no laundry. Poor experience overall.
