The staff was very helpful and accommodating! One of the wheels on my wheelchair broke and we had to order another. The front desk staff made sure we got the package as soon as it arrived!

The mattress was too soft!

Had a few issues. The dishwasher was beeping every 30 seconds. A fork was stuck in the bottom and it had not finished the cycle. One tv did not work. Got both issues fixed. The lights didnt always work. Maybe need new light switches?
