The room was nasty, the air didn't work. The fridge didn't work, when I asked the front office they said it worked, I had medicine that needed to stay cold. Had to go get ice and a cooler to keep it cold. I asked if there were 3 towels for our family of three and they said all the towels were in the room, the phone didn't work. NEVER EVER again. Only 1 outlet worked

There was a big spider in the shower the next morning. It needs painting and a GOOD cleaning in the corners! It was 78 a night! My sister's bed squeaked and our lamp plug-in did not work (we both wear cpaps) that was replaced. It says at front desk no refunds. Cheaper furnishings

It is close to the airport and has restaurants nearby! and easy access to the rooms, it is not necessary to enter through the hotel! It has independent entrances.

There is no extra bedding in the room, my friend and I were freezing, we were very cold, it has no heating, no air conditioning, it has very poor soaps. The rude receptionist has a window through which they communicate that looks like a prison window! (to deliver documents, check in) I just couldn't wait to deliver my document and receive the money! That window can be opened a little and the receptionist was stupidly unable to open it. They want to take care of the covid and the cleaning of the hotel is terrible. The sheets had someone else's hair and the room was full of dust! Here I only recommend staying for a maximum of 2 days, not suitable for children.

upon arrival , our room was dirty ! I had to ask the front desk for cleaning supplies to clean the room myself , the floor was DISGUSTING. The whole 2 days our shower leaked which cause our bathroom to stay flooded , no one came to fix the problem after going to the front desk MULTIPLE TIMES .
