Positives: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Negatives: As soon as we arrived I had to call because the TV wasn't working. I called 3 times and waited nearly an hour before someone came up to fix it. The parking garage was under construction, our pick up truck was to big for the valet guys doing the parking, they were afraid to drive it, so we had to find parking ourself, parked very far and had to pay $110.00! To bad! We will never return to this hotel again!

Negatives: THE PRICE TO PARK WAS OUTRAGEOUS! I PAID OVER $100 TO STAY ONE NIGHT AT THE HOTEL! ($87 FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING AND AN ADDITIONAL $17 IN FEES) THERE WERE ONLY 2 RESTAURANTS IN THE HOTEL. ONE ONLY SOLD SUCHI AND ONE ONLY SOLD APPETIZERS!

Negatives: Hotel was under construction and we were unaware of that prior to booking causing delays in the elevator. The room didn't have refrigerators nor microwave which I believe on a 4 star hotel should have.

Positives: Lovely hotel and staff. Fantastic location, most thinks within walking distance. Very nice room.

Negatives: Under construction, so was very loud at times (thankfully after 9am). Could also hear adjoining rooms/hallway conversations and etc.
