The location was the only thing nice about the hotel, some staff.

Before I got to the hotel i called and asked could i check in earlier because i made it before time, they said that was cool.. I get to the hotel to pay our cards decline mine and my spouses it wasn’t because it was no money it was because they tried to take MORE than what they TOLD ME.. they tried to get me for 400 and something dollars when my stay was 300 something with a $50 deposit which was ok the thing is they tried to charge me a $70 deposit without me knowing, and blamed it on their system.. so they took the deposit off and let me just pay without it .. a couple hours pass i get a call from the front desk saying we have 15 minutes to pack up and leave because they don’t have their payment.. which was weird because i paid that morning.. somehow a “mistake” was made and they erased my payment and expected me to pay them again after i already paid and it left my account..
i have proof of it being gone they said they reversed it on their end any bank had it in some kind of que?! but i called my bank and they indeed seen the transaction from that morning but they don’t have any money being put back!! moral of the story they are get overs because a worker said this same thing happened to a guy a couple weeks back .. i stayed friday night on a complimentary night but i left bright and early saturday morning with no where to stay! I would I not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was ok. Kept my daughters birthday cake and balloons hidden for me

I made arrangements to have my husbands card charged with proper paperwork emailed and they charged wronv card after all that hassle. Carpet tore up, air conditioner makes noise, no ice chest , only had 1 cup, 1 garbage can in entire room

I didn't care for the breakfast options. The juice machine did not work the whole weekend. The guest was not provided with alternatives. The room door was very hard to open once in the room. Fire precaution concern with room door.

Third problem was nothing was working . Tv wasn’t working , blow drying wasn’t working juice machine wasn’t working . It was no where near worth no 270 .
