Staff was rude to guests. We had issues with items in the room, maintenance came and said they'd return. We never saw them again. They left a mess on the countertop. When I asked the desk clerk for assistance, she just said sorry. We were never able to resolve our issue. Wifi was not working correctly either.

Everything was good except for the staff. So when your staff is bad, it makes you not want to come back to the hotel. The front desk lady was rude and overcharged us. We had already paid through booking.com and she said we had to be charged again in case of incidentals, and now we have to get our money back. She was also condescending.
