Location was convenient.
Negatives:
Disliked everything about this motel.
1. Deadbolt to door did not work.
2. Breakfast was a joke and only prepackaged food. Went elsewhere to eat.
3. Slept in my clothes and wore shoes as it was dirty.
4. The room is VERY dated and needs upgrading.
5. Domestic disturbances/fights going on outside the door and in the parking lot. Lots of yelling/noise at all hours of the day/night.
6. Dead large dog in the parking lot.
The list goes on and on. I would NOT RECOMMEND this motel to anyone!

Unsafe and disgusting
Positives:
Even though it is located really close to the road in our room it was quiet because it was facing court yard. And bed are really comfortable. Also, McKinney Falls State Park nearby is in the category should visit for everybody while being in Austin. Stunning views.
Negatives:
I booked this as INN, but in reality it is a INN/motel, they have adjacent motel right there with huge trucks parked on their territory. Also, location does not look like safe to walk outside. I was planning to rent a bike to ride to the nearby state park, but after arriving at the INN give up on that idea.

Restroom door was too small so my partner whom is wheelchair bound could not get into use the toilet or bathtub. I asked for wheelchair assemble.

The hotel was creepy, the facilities looked worn down and old, they said they would email a reciept and I never recieved it. The room was relatively clean but it had areas that were dirty like the bed covers. The internet password provided did not work.
