Made reservations on booking dot com. On the way there. Wanted Wednesday nite, but reserved Thursday. Got to hotel, explained situation to clerk. She wouldn't get off phone talking to friend. She says I can't find reservation. I showed her my phone with reservation I'd #. She said I can't find it. I told her if she would get off phone she could find it. I stormed out disgusted with her attitude. Paid to stay but went elsewhere. Help me get refund. Thanks

SPEED RIGHT PASS THIS LOCATION Refrigerator was dirty.Top of microwave wasn't clean. Bathroom looks like the vent is falling down. (literally) There was hair in the sink; look like someone shaved. There was a live roach crawling in the bathroom . Room door didn't close all the way you can see light outside the room. Which most hotels do but that was ridiculous the door literally didn't close.
Ice machine is disgusting. Front desk the lobby smell like weed (marijuana). Towels were stained really bad. Bed sheets were so dirty.Sheets had dirty dog paws on it .( As if sheets weren't washed) I find it hard that the housekeeping missed all the stains. Something was crawling on bed. The tub looks as if and felt as if it was oil it cleaned it with oil very slippery. Hair inside of fridge was more disgusting and worse than the hair in the sink. The headboard of the bed was nasty you can see the oil stains. Lamps were dusty. The floor had pencil marks as if a child took a pencil to it. I've never been to a hotel and the breakfast was a breakfast sandwich in a brown bag and a juice( oh we didn't want that nonsense of a breakfast) We ATE OUT!
Here's the kicker; I requested a non smoking room because of health issues and a child with asthma; I might as well requested a full smoking room since housekeeping decided to smoke outside my room. ( I was pissed). True enough it wasn't inside my room but really. I was so excited to check out early and go to a hotel that allowed us to check in early after a real breakfast (11a.m)because they felt really bad for us. I can't believe as a military family we had to endure that kind of customer service or lack there of. I swear I read the reviews but clearly it was a different hotel I read reviews on.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER BUT JUDGE A HOTEL BY IT'S REVIEWS IS A MUST!!!. Don't say you weren't WARNED.
