We didnt like our first room. The lock was broken and there was paint splattered from the ceiling that was briefly painted and the smell was of some chemicals burning, or Brillo maybe. Second room had no TV

I was working the night shift and when I get off and go back to the room housekeeping has cleaned the room. Not every hotel does that. Awesome job Housekeeping

Theres to many things to name I am good not to stay there again!

Had no blanket on the bed, saw cleaning lady one time in 3 days asked for blanket she handed me sheets, had to lug 2 suitcases up the stairs due to no elevator and couldnt accommodate me on first floor. Room kept smelling like someone was smoking in it

The hotel staff wasnt friendly or very helpful , no gym the pool wasnt cleaned and no business center to do any work away from home or work, the breakfast could use some boiled eggs , cream cheese and bagels none refrigerated, bananas etc

Yes, no fitting room was there and close the who time, everyday I had to go to the front desk because my card didnt work, I had to get all my information including ID EVERYTIME. The room also had a odor smell and the room was kind of hot with the A/C on
