I liked the separation of rooms - privacy.
Negatives:
No dish towel first night. Only 1 face towel most people like their own face towel. Next day cleaners left 1 towel 1 bath rag , no face towel, no floor towel and when we asked front desk there were not any available. Expectedto share. :(

Easy to find. Family friendly, other guests friendly, the breakfast. We never got towels for the day. The mattress was too hard , so for senior citizens maybe a little softer mattress

The staff was not pleasant. Front clerk seemed irritated or distracted. Came off as rude,dismissive. Additionally, I was charged for a second room within the same hotel group but at a location for which I did not visit nor authorize.

Old and somewhat dirty. Drains did not drain. Smelled of marijuana. Sagging furniture.

if you are put in a room facing the freeway, it is very noisy

There was a degree of odor (maybe substance or cigarette smoke) in the hallways and the rooms that really inconvenient throughout the stay. We asked the hotel staff to clean the room only once throughout the 5 days stay, and it was not done.

The room had alittle musky smell at first but went away with a scented candle...

Hard to get into off feeder, front desk staff not there or on her phone not paying attention. Fireplace did not work, bed was not made properly, they used the fitted mattress pad as the top sheet. Bed uncomfortable, low water pressure for shower,bad soap

I loved every single aspect of our 9 day stay here. The staff was just spectacular. They were really great with the kids, and they were especially helpful to me during a couple of last minute changes when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay.
