Positives: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

Negatives: We requested for housekeeping to remove the trash and replace our old towels with fresh towels. It took two requests to complete this task. Guest services told us that rooms are cleaned every other day. We replied letting them know we were aware, we were not asking for housekeeping to clean our entire room. We wanted the trash removed and fresh towels. Honestly, as a paying customer, it is not a requirement to ask for a request more than once on the same subject. Otherwise, our stay was great.
