I was traveling with my mom. I had a handicap room, and it was excellent. We were not expecting the room to be so big. It was a pleasant surprise and comfortable.

The hotel was overbooked when we made our reservation, and was not informed of such apparently there was a miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel to confirm the reservation we had to go to another hotel for that stay we did not stay here. It was rather inconvenient and unacceptable on both parties.

Arrived for breakfast around 7:30, there were no eggs, sausage or potatoes left. No coffee. I asked the front desk about it and they did nothing. It took over 30 minutes for them to refill the coffee. We heard multiple guests asking for breakfast and coffee. Very disappointed as this was part of the reason we chose to stay here to make breakfast easy. Also we were on the first floor and we heard doors slamming while we were trying to sleep.
