The people and especially front desk person was fabulous! He checked on us multiple times and when we were having a hard time assisted to the fullest he could! He is fabulous!

Air conditioning was not cold enough during day and heater was not warm enough at night. The fan on the air conditioner ran constantly with a rattling sound.

Loved that it was very quiet and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was awesome.

I had an issue with the in unit refrigerator it did not work properly, and I had to throw out food because of it. I told staff first night there, but the issue was not addressed.

Shower door is backwards,bedroom chair had large ugly red stains.

Breakfast was good and with a good selection, they offered freshly made omelets. The check-in attendant was very nice. Courtesy drinks in the evening were a good touch and helped bring people to the courtyard.
Negatives:
Rooms felt dated, beds were uncomfortable, pillows had feathers (not good for allergies, and not very comfy), the sink was clogged, the bathroom was outdated, and the carpet was dirty and soiled. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Will not stay at an Embassy Suites property that has not been recently updated.
