Negatives: This shouldn’t be a pay to park hotel. They don’t provide parking passes for people to hang or display on their dashboards to keep track, so anyone can park and leave freely even if not a hotel guest. Upon checkout I was asked about if we’d had a car there and we were charged (I could’ve simply said no). There was no notification that the pool wasn’t open. Their website says open year round and I specifically booked for the pool. A notice of there being a closure for maintenance during specific dates would have been helpful for me to decide if we wanted to stay there. Was very frustrated to be initially given a king room suite when I specifically booked a double queen for our family of four. Upon returning to front desk to fix the issue, I received a response as if I was wrong, then was told we could be moved to their last double queen suite as if they were doing me a favor. I double checked my booking and it absolutely shows the double queen suite. I’d done a lot of research to find one in that area for our specific dates with a pool only to be given the wrong room to start and learn that the pool was not open/available.

Negatives: The parking was free and lots of spots but only one way in/out. Also not a lot of spots near the front entrance

Negatives: Incorrect information about shuttle

Negatives: The furniture in the room was really outdated and heavily worn. Carpet were stained and a fowl smell in the hallway. Two of employees were having an argument about expectations and work ethics in front of me. I had to stand there and wait for them to finish to pay for my items

Negatives: One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated it had a shuttle to Dallas Love airport. I was quite surprised and disappointed that it did not have shuttle and haven’t had one since Covid. I would have booked another hotel instead. I had to Uber and this cost me more money. The website should have been corrected by now. Makes me not trust booking.com

Negatives: Staff didnt answer front desk phone and had to wait a long while to check in because they left front desk. Loud banging and screaming late at night in my hall, tried to report it and nobody answered phone again.

Negatives: There was a parking charge that no one told us about when we checked in. We were not told about it until checking out. It was not listed anywhere on the site. This is super shady. No other hotels in the area have this charge.

Negatives: Several homeless around the property. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no hand soap and not enough washcloths. Did not like not having a control to the TV.
