One of the cleaning ladies maybe the one in charge of the other crew had them in a hurdle talking about a discussion she must of had with the owner and was bad mouthing that person I think that was very unprofessional she was a stalky Hispanic lady very mad and asking the cleaning crew if they had any issues to bring them to her attention that she would put him/her in their place

Ground floor was not available. Card key did not work. Struggled up and down the stairs 3-4 times before I gave up on the staff to be able to help me. Unable to speak to the manager even by phone. Who doesn't have a mobile phone for customers to contact? Staff was either disinterested or just intentionally rude. Booked a different hotel on hotel.com website.

Breakfast was not available at the time we went to the lobby. Coffee was the only thing provided. Room was clean.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom door kept jamming. The door to get into the room took a while to open with the key. No large towels were in the bathroom. We had to share two medium towels to shower.
