The location is optimum to visit family in White Settlement/Fort Worth. The price point obviously was a factor in deciding to stay there.
Negatives:
The air conditioning unit in the room was too loud. The phone did not work to the front desk and so I couldn't ask their help in dispersing a group out-front talking until well after midnight.
The bathroom tub did not have sort of foot grips.
