While working on a room, the worker left toxic smelly glue open sitting in hallway stinking up the walkway. Maid service did not make sure there was a TV remote in room. It took over an hour to get TV, when after a 10 hr drive I just wanted to rest and

The elevator was gross. Someone spilled coffee on the floor of the elevator, and they put a wet floor sign up instead of cleaning. The tub had mold growing on it. The staff was not friendly or inviting.

We had to change rooms 3 times.I complained to the manager to get a rebate or money back which was a complete waste of 30 minutes of my time. Overall it was was disappointing.

It took 15 mins before anyone came to the desk to help us. The room had not been vacuumed. Sheets looked reused there were hair/stains on comforter. Shower had mold, build up & hair. Didnt look cleaned. Breakfast was mid. Bad neighborhood.

The Hotel wouldn't except my Pre Paid Credit Cards I was traveling with very hard to understand and very confusing At the Front Desk only cleaned rooms every other day and then wasn't the cleanest just had to stay a extra night jumped the rate up to 250.

They were very unprofessional and made us give a $100 cash deposit upon arrival for our guest that we paid for in advance. My guest checked out the very next day and they would not issue a refund for the days we paid for but did not stay.

It was NOT clean ( alot of hair in the tub, crumbs on the coffee maker area, lid missing from coffee maker, mold in the shower caulk). The room was in disrepair. It needs touch up paint and a good cleaning.

There were stains on the sheets we had to use our own blankets. In the night there were cockroaches in the bathroom. I actually had to throw away my tooth brush because they were crawling all over it
Negatives:
It was not very sanitary I could not even eat the Continental breakfast because of the cockroaches.
