Motel 6-Fort Worth TX - Downtown East

Negatives: The hall we were on was a construction zone and smelled like paint.

Negatives: The hallways where very dirty, the beds very uncomfortable, just overall seemed like a run down motel that no one cared about.

Negatives: Everything. I paid for the trip on booking.com and when I got there they made me pay a $20 deposit but the lady at the front saw an additional $10 in my purse and told me I needed to give that to her too. I don’t like confrontation, so I just gave it to her but looking back I feel like she conned me out of money. The hotel was so run down and dirty the floors were dirty. There were homeless people walking around the hotel. I did not feel safe there.

Negatives: I did not like the person at the friend that she was rude she called me a dumbass

Negatives: Jesus, well my room smelled of paint fumes the entire time. It was so bad that we had to open windows just to help the smell get out of the room. They advertised they had a pool, and complimentary breakfast but neither of those things were there nor available. They also don't tell you about the extra deposit that's required until you're actually there. My room was never cleaned, even though I went downstairs and asked them to please clean my room. One bed smelled of pee and all the sheets were dirty, and there were bugs on the sheets and inside the room. I asked them to be changed, I was told that they were going to change them but when I got back nothing was done. The staff was rude and very short with us. It seemed like the hotel was going through a remodel so the entire hotel smelled of very strong paint fumes and nothing that was sprayed would mask the smell. I've stayed at several OYO hotels/Motel 6, but I never experienced what my family experienced this past weekend. I'd never book there again and honestly wished I would've requested a refund.

Negatives: The property was very dirty and smelled of cigarettes and weed. The bathroom was out of order! The staff was rude and unaccomidating .
