Well, almost everything. The welcome from the reception staff was underwhelming and at times a bit rude. There is no onsite emergency aid, so please make sure you carry off-the-counter medicines. The room we had, had no cutlery or drinking glasses. The wallpaper was coming out in some sections. The carpet was unclean. The key cards didn't work and needed replacement. The elevator suddenly stopped working and there was no advance notice about repairs, not considerate of wheelchair users. Most importantly, the hotel charged us the wrong amount, nearly 3 times the actual cost and when I asked them to provide me with details, they deflected the answer to "booking.com"

The room sheets were not changed from Prior customer the room itself is dirty. Paint missing on the walls. Would never stay here again after knowing I slept on you, Sheets for two nights out of the five I was there.
